岗位职责：
1、负责功能全周期开发：主导需求评审、技术设计、编码、自测到上线全流程。
2、精通技术栈与架构：深入应用 Jetpack、KTX、MVVM/MVI、依赖注入构建可测应用，熟练使用性能优化工具（Profiler, LeakCanary）进行启动、内存、流畅度等深度优化。
3、高效跨职能协作：与产品、设计、后端、测试团队紧密配合，定义需求、实现界面、设计API、保障质量，并参与代码评审与技术分享。
4、推动工程卓越与用户体验：关注技术前沿，推动CI/CD、自动化测试等工程实践落地；深入理解设计规范，将用户*理念贯穿开发，确保直观一致的用户体验。

岗位要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备3年以上Android开发经验，参与过商业级App开发。
2、精通Java/Kotlin及协程，熟悉Jetpack核心组件、Android SDK与开发调试工具。
3、精通Clean Architecture、MVVM/MVI模式、依赖注入（Hilt/Dagger）。
4、熟悉网络编程（Retrofit/OkHttp）、数据持久化（Room/DataStore）、Git/Git Flow与Gradle。
5、掌握单元测试与UI自动化测试。
6、具备优秀的问题解决、沟通协作、责任心、自驱力及持续学习能力；有大型项目经验者优先。

有跨平台开发经验 (如Flutter, RN)。
有音视频相关开发经验。
有应用安全加固、反编译、防破解经验。
有开源项目贡献或在技术社区活跃者（如GitHub）。
