Shenzhen Bao'an Planning and Design Institute was established in 1995. It is one of the earliest three state-owned local planning and design institutions established in Shenzhen and affiliated to Bao'an District. It is a comprehensive design institute integrating urban planning, municipal engineering, architectural engineering, landscape design, and consulting. It is a member unit of the China Association of City Planning and the Urban Planning Society of China, a standing council member unit of the Shenzhen Planning Society, and a council member unit of the Shenzhen Exploration and Design Association. Design qualifications: Grade A for urban and rural planning formulation; Grade A for municipal industry (road engineering); Grade B for municipal industry (water supply engineering, drainage engineering, bridge and tunnel engineering); Grade B for construction industry (building engineering); Grade B for special landscape architecture engineering design; Grade B for land planning institutions. Quality management system: Passed ISO international quality management system certification in 2006 and strictly conducts production and quality management in accordance with ISO quality standards. Human and technical resources: The institute has a complete allocation of professional and technical personnel and strong technical strength. It currently has more than 120 employees, including more than 100 professional and technical personnel, among whom more than 80 have senior or intermediate professional titles, and 32 are registered personnel in planning, architecture, structure, equipment, and other fields. Design performance and experience: Over the long term, the institute has established an extensive horizontal cooperation network, undertaken urban planning, landscape architecture, urban design, municipal engineering design, architectural engineering design, and related engineering consulting businesses at various levels, and carried out various planning theory research work. The more than one thousand completed design projects cover the Pearl River Delta, Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Fujian, Hubei, Hunan, Sichuan, Yunnan, Gansu, and Henan, with rich experience in fields such as urban master planning, district planning, regulatory detailed planning/statutory plans, urban renewal, transportation planning, municipal special planning, roads, water supply and drainage, architecture, and landscape architecture engineering.
