Guangzhou Zhongguan Antai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. and Guangzhou Development Zone Zhongsui Gas Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guangzhou Zhongguan Antai") were originally affiliated with Guangzhou Branch of Sinopec Group, and were restructured into a joint-stock private enterprise in January 2009, engaging in hazardous goods warehousing, chemical trade, LPG wholesale, retail and loading/unloading, and industrial investment. The company is located in Huangpu, Guangzhou, at the center of the Pearl River Delta, a rapidly developing economic region in China. The company relies on three 30,000-ton-class petrochemical dedicated terminals in Guangzhou; possesses five dedicated chemical pipelines from terminals to tank farms, a hazardous chemical warehouse of 28,000 square meters, and oil and chemical tank capacity of 36,800 cubic meters; and owns two LPG loading stations with built-in storage tanks, capable of achieving an annual LPG outbound volume of 500,000 tons, with a well-established LPG retail network in the Guangzhou area. The company's business now radiates to the Pearl River Delta region of Guangdong Province, East China, and Central China, undertaking hazardous chemical warehousing services for renowned enterprises such as Sinopec and CNOOC.
