Zhongxu Architectural Design Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of China Architecture Design & Research Group. Established in 1994, it is a Sino-foreign joint venture architectural design company led by the former Architectural Design Institute of the Ministry of Construction, holding independent Grade A qualification for architectural engineering design. The company's key professionals are dispatched by China Architecture Design & Research Group, with over 150 employees, of whom more than 70% hold intermediate or senior professional titles. Supported by the strong technical strength of China Architecture Design & Research Group, the company has completed numerous high-quality and contemporary works. Adhering to the principle of "Quality First, Reputation Supreme", the company provides meticulous design and dedicated services, maintaining friendly cooperative relations with many clients and enjoying a good social reputation and robust technical design capability.
