1.负责区域内销售工作，维持并开拓销售渠道，不断
扩大市场份额;
2.管理所负责区域的经销商、重点零售商，维护客户关系，帮助代理商开展各种宣传促销活动;
3.帮助代理商组织农民培训，组织农民实验示范现场推广会。
4.根据不同区域市场情况，制定合理有效的营销方
案，并组织实施，确保各区域顺利完成既定的销售目标;
岗位要求:自带车，能出差
1.农学、植保、市场营销等相关专业优先，有过快消品销售经历者优先;
2.一年以上农资领域营销经验，具备出色的市场开拓、客户沟通、客户服务等能力;
3.热爱销售，有较强的学习能力,踏实,专注,愿意为自我提升付诸努力;
