公司始建于1994年，现拥有冶炼设备1800多台套，环保设备100余台套，生产工艺集原料炼前处理、电炉粗炼、电解精炼、真空结晶精炼、综合回收各种有价金属、环保治理为一体六大生产流程体系，并配置了先进的ICP等离子体发射光谱检测设备，实施严格的监测和控制，锡产品质量各项指标均优于国家标准，管理上实现了质量、环境、职业健康叁标一体化的同步管理。
