Beijing Wanlihong Technology Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is affiliated to Oriental Scientific Instrument Holdings Group, one of the four major groups under the Chinese Academy of Sciences Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as Guoke Holdings). Oriental Scientific Instrument Holdings has assets exceeding 13.5 billion yuan and annual operating revenue exceeding 10 billion yuan. In 2021, Wanlihong completed its integration and listing with Beijing Oriental Zhongke Integration Technology Co., Ltd. (stock code: 002819). It has integrated the high-quality resources of the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the Department of Computer Science and Technology, Tsinghua University, and focuses on research in domestic operating systems, information security, big data, smart government affairs, biometric identification, and other fields.

The company's Beijing headquarters is located in Haidian District, with over 10,000 square meters of self-owned office space. The company has established wholly-owned subsidiaries in Tianjin, Guangdong, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Qinghai, Anhui, Shanghai, Hunan, Gansu, Shanxi, and other places, and has set up branches in 31 provinces, autonomous regions, and municipalities across the country, providing users with comprehensive localized technical services. On September 19, 2020, the listed company Beijing Oriental Zhongke Integration Technology Co., Ltd. (securities code: 002819) announced that it would become the controlling shareholder of Wanlihong through a restructuring by issuing non-public shares to all or part of Wanlihong's shareholders. As a comprehensive service provider in the electronic testing and measurement field, Oriental Zhongke's controlling shareholder is Oriental Scientific Instrument Holdings Group Co., Ltd., and its actual controller is the Chinese Academy of Sciences Holdings Co., Ltd. (referred to as: Guoke Holdings). From then on, Wanlihong officially started its return to the Guoke Holdings system of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Through continuous independent innovation, Wanlihong has formed a complete and systematic product line. It can provide users with full-line IT application innovation (Xinchuang) products and security products, iris identification series products and solutions, and provide users with full-process services for Xinchuang projects and confidential information system consulting, design, development, implementation, operation, and maintenance.
1. Basic software field:
As early as 1999, the core personnel of the Wanlihong operating system team participated in the development of the 'Red Flag' operating system, which was developed under the instructions of the Institute of Software, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and released Red Flag Linux 1.0 in August of that year, mainly used by important government departments related to national security. After 20 years of training and development, the company has successively released product series such as server operating systems, desktop operating systems, cloud platform management systems, and cloud desktop management systems. The Wanlihong operating system has been adapted to mainstream CPUs such as Loongson, Phytium, Zhaoxin, Hygon, and Huawei, and is compatible with thousands of mainstream software and hardware products.
2. Information security
The company has established a comprehensive information security product line, covering comprehensive management systems, network inspection, network security audit, host monitoring and audit, database audit, access control, operation and maintenance audit, comprehensive log audit, electromagnetic leakage emission protection, mobile communication protection and inspection, electromagnetic shielding, confidential personnel management, work management, work applications, and other aspects.
The company has been vigorously investing in the R&D of domestic specialized information equipment and supporting software and hardware. At present, more than ten products of Wanlihong, including three-in-one management, host audit, identity authentication, and confidential label management, have entered the national Xinchuang catalog. It provides comprehensive iris recognition products and integrated solutions for fields such as public security, mining, finance, education, and justice.
The company continuously provides data resources for the R&D and innovation of iris recognition algorithms and iris recognition software and hardware technologies, filling the gap in the domestic iris market application, and is a milestone in China's iris recognition technology application.
