Fuye Group

Founded in August 1958, Fuye Group is the earliest copper and non-ferrous metal smelting enterprise in Zhejiang Province, and the largest in scale, with the highest degree of automation and the best technical equipment in the Jiangsu, Zhejiang, and Shanghai region. It is a modern large-scale leading enterprise in the copper and non-ferrous metal production and operation industry, integrating copper concentrate production, precious metal refining, comprehensive utilization of multi-metallic resources, and international and domestic trade.
The group's headquarters is located in Fuyang, Hangzhou, the real location of the Fuchun Mountain Dwelling painting, renowned for its beautiful landscapes. It owns multiple holding subsidiaries, including Zhejiang Jiangxi Copper Fuye Heding Copper Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Hefeng Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Heli Environmental Technology Co., Ltd., Anhui Xuancheng Quanxin Mining Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Fuhe Real Estate Co., Ltd., Shanghai Fuye International Trade Co., Ltd., and Fuye (Hong Kong) International Trade Co., Ltd. It has over 4,000 employees, including more than 1,100 technical and management professionals. With an annual production capacity of 800,000 tons of cathode copper, 15 tons of gold, 500 tons of silver, and 7,500 tons of tin ingots, it is recognized as one of China's Top 500 Enterprises (241st in 2023), one of China's Top 500 Private Enterprises (89th in 2023), one of China's Top 500 Manufacturing Enterprises (117th in 2023), one of the Yangtze River Delta Top 100 Enterprises, one of Hangzhou's first batch of "Five-Star" headquarters enterprises, and a four-star "Kunpeng" enterprise in Hangzhou.
Since the enterprise reform in 2001, the leadership team led by Chairman and General Manager Luo Zhongping has overcome difficulties and made scientific decisions, implementing a series of mechanism, management, and technological innovations. They have fully leveraged the core advantage of combining the management framework and heritage of state-owned enterprises with the operating mechanism of private enterprises, stimulating the internal driving force and vitality of the enterprise. From 2000 to 2023, the group's electrolytic copper output increased from 10,000 tons to 680,000 tons; operating revenue increased from 172 million yuan to 120.7 billion yuan (making it the only enterprise in Fuyang to achieve the 100-billion-yuan milestone); total tax payments increased from 2.9347 million yuan to 3.805 billion yuan, achieving rapid, green, and high-quality development.
