The company provides free accommodation, and meals are available in the company cafeteria, which operates on a zero-profit basis. Three meals a day cost about 250 yuan per month, deducted from the salary each month. Social insurance is provided in accordance with Beijing regulations. The company has a five-day workweek, with 8 working hours per day (8:00-17:00), and a commuter shuttle bus is available for transportation to and from work.
