新疆兵能新材料科技有限责任公司（以下简称“兵能新材料公司”）是中新建能矿的全资子公司，成立于2024年5月29日，主要用以破产重整新联化年产4万吨聚甲醛项目，注册地位于库车市，注册资本金1.6亿元。公司于2024年6月1日参与该项目破产重整，并于7月2日确定为重整投资人。 兵能新材料公司计划将该项目打造成为兵地融合示范项目，补齐区域产业链短板，带动盘活上游破产企业，促进库车市经济发展。公司计划在2025年前投资10亿元，完成一期4万吨/年聚甲醛项目的续建工作。
