河北扩疆铁塔制造有限公司50万吨铁塔智能制造项目”该项目总投资7.5亿元，位于唐山市海港经济开发区港前街以南、海富路以东，占地232亩，（约153000万㎡）总建筑面积84071.99平方米，主要建设内容:铁塔生产车间、镀锌车间、新型智能化制管车间；综合办公楼、院士站、职工餐厅，计划有角钢生产线15条，新型智能化制管生产线1条，镀锌生产2条，预计年角钢塔加工能力20万吨、管塔加工能力8万吨、5G通信塔2万吨，年镀锌加工能力20万吨。
