The department focuses on AI+DICT integrated project integration, product R&D, platform operation, and computing network technology, with main business spanning fifteen major industry sectors including party and government, agriculture, culture and publicity, transportation, manufacturing, education, healthcare, and the internet. In recent years, it has focused on advancing full-stack innovation in the three major services of communication, computing power, and intelligence, continuously iterating and deepening the "6+N" autonomous capability system. It actively strengthens six general capabilities: dedicated networks, big data, high-performance computing, big intelligence, big security, and big video, while accelerating the expansion of N special capabilities such as industrial internet, low-altitude economy, quantum communication, data annotation, and intensive operations. It has developed a range of industry-specific products including Zhejiang Health Navigation, Smart Park, and Industrial MES. The existing expert team exceeds 1,000 people, and the company has obtained over 100 professional qualification certifications marked with * and accumulated nearly 200 intellectual property rights.
The department consists of 16 divisions, including Solutions, Delivery Management, After-sales Service, Smart City, Digital Industry, Platform Operations, Computing Network, Video Security, and Data Product R&D and Operations. It has established in-depth strategic cooperative relationships with leading enterprises such as Huawei, Alibaba, and Hikvision, as well as top research institutions like Zhejiang Lab, Peking University Information Technology Institute, and Tsinghua Yangtze Delta Region Research Institute.
