岗位职责:
1. 负责后端开发工程师的日常工作，包括但不限于代码编写、系统维护及优化。
2. 在自动驾驶领域内，参与系统设计、模块开发，确保技术实现符合项目要求。
3. 与团队合作，确保代码质量，参与代码审查，持续改进开发流程。

任职要求：
教育背景：本科以上学历（不限学校层级），性别年龄不限
专业要求（次）：计算机、电子工程、自动化、人工智能等相关专业
工作经验要求：3年以上（只看自动驾驶量产车/产品经验）
1、熟练掌握 Python / Go / Java 中至少一种语言；
2、熟悉分布式系统、微服务架构（python flask， celery），了解 Kubernetes / Docker 容器化部署；
3、掌握主流分布式数据库与存储系统（TiDB、MongoDB、MySQL、Redis、Elasticsearch、Kafka、Ceph/HDFS 等）；
4、具备良好的工程化能力与架构设计意识，熟悉AI coding工具的使用。
