Beijing Hengdeli Swiss Watch Co., Ltd. (abbreviated as: Beijing Hengdeli) is a renowned time-honored Chinese brand enterprise. Beijing Hengdeli enjoys high popularity and a good reputation nationwide and even worldwide for its high-quality products, exquisite craftsmanship, thoughtful service, and excellent credibility. After liberation, "Hengdeli" underwent public-private partnership in 1956, and Beijing Hengdeli Company was established in 1957. In 2000, Beijing Hengdeli underwent a thorough transformation from the old state-owned system by introducing private capital, which enhanced the vitality of the enterprise and led to rapid development. The company's current shareholders are Shanghai Xinyu Watch Co., Ltd. (holding 55% shares) and Beijing Yishang Group Co., Ltd. (holding 45% shares). Beijing Hengdeli's parent company, Shanghai Xinyu Watch Group Co., Ltd., is affiliated with Hengdeli Holdings Limited, which is currently the largest Hong Kong-listed company in China integrating agency and retail business of high- and mid-range imported watches. It has established strategic partnerships with major domestic department store groups such as Shanghai Bailian, Beijing Wangfujing, Hangzhou Tower, Nanjing Golden Eagle, and Taiyuan Huayu, and maintains close and sound cooperative relations with internationally top-tier groups such as SWATCH Group, RICHEMONT Group, LVMH Group, and ROLEX Group, among which SWATCH Group and LVMH Group are shareholders of Xinyu. Currently, the Xinyu Hengdeli Group has approximately 200 retail stores for high- and mid-range international branded watches in mainland China; after the wholly-owned acquisition of Hong Kong's renowned international watch sales company, Sanbao Group, the Xinyu Hengdeli Group now has 4 high-end international branded watch retail stores in Hong Kong.
