北京华大生命科学研究院（简称“北京华大研究院”）成立于2021年3月，是北京市大兴区政府批准建立的事业单位，由深圳华大生命科学研究院组建及运营，主要从事生命健康领域的基因技术研发和生命多组学研究等。目前主要依托中科院遗传所-华大多维组学联合中心开展科研活动，现有科研人员100余人，合作科研单位20余家。
研究院将基于华大自主可控基因测序核心工具以及基因组、单细胞、时空组学等前沿技术，充分利用北京*的生命健康领域科技资源，开展植物发育抗逆、心脑血管疾病、病原与感染免疫、脑科学、DNA存储、蛋白检测、AI算法研发等领域多组学联合研究，为生命科学前沿突破以及人民健康保障提供技术和工具支撑。
