注册成立于2020年12月，自有一座非煤露天矿山，主要从事石英砂开采、压裂天然石英砂加工、产品研发以及销售等业务，是西安长庆化工集团有限公司与阿拉善盟申华砂业有限公司共同出资成立的合资公司，中国石油长庆油田公司占股51%，阿拉善盟申华砂业有限公司占股49%，也是隶属于中国石油长庆油田的三级单位，公司拥有企业法人治理机构，依法经营。生产经营按照油田公司及化工集团统一要求管理，是化工集团石英砂产业的重要组成部分，主要任务是保障长庆油田压裂用石英砂供应。
