我们正在寻找一位有AI项目实战经验的后端工程师，负责AI Agent及相关平台的后端开发与架构设计。你将参与AI工作流引擎、智能表单系统等核心模块的开发，支撑AI产品的规模化落地与持续迭代。

核心职责
• 参与AI Agent项目后端系统的设计、开发和优化，保障系统高可用与可扩展性
• 负责AI工作流引擎、动态表单系统等模块的开发与迭代
• 持续优化系统性能，提升AI任务处理效率与稳定性
• 编写高质量、可维护的技术文档与代码

任职要求
必需条件：
• 2年以上后端开发经验，熟练掌握 Java 或 Node.js，具备高并发系统设计经验
• 有AI Agent项目成功交付经验，深度参与过其中至少一个模块：
工作流引擎（如任务调度、状态管理、自动化流程）
动态/智能表单系统（如表单生成、数据绑定、规则引擎）
• 熟悉主流数据库（MySQL/PostgreSQL/MongoDB等）及缓存技术（Redis/Memcached）
• 了解微服务架构，熟悉Docker、Kubernetes等容器化部署
• 具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，能快速理解业务需求
优先条件：
• 有LangChain、LlamaIndex、AutoGen等AI框架使用经验
• 熟悉RAG、Agent架构或大模型集成开发
• 有云服务（AWS/Azure/GCP）AI相关组件使用经验
• 了解前端技术（React/Vue）或有全栈开发能力
