伊犁科发联创再生水有限公司伊宁市*分公司（东区污水处理厂）位于伊犁河北岸花园南路东侧500米，处理规模为8.0万m³/d。主要处理伊宁市老城区生活污水。为提高出水水质，有效保护伊犁河水体生态环境和恢复水体功能，伊犁科发联创再生水有限公司已投资17418.88万元采用生物池（改造）+膜生物反应器提标改造伊宁市东区污水处理厂，使出水满足《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》（GB18918-2002）一级A标准，直接排入伊犁河。项目于 2018 年3月开工，2018 年 11月建设完成并投入试运行。
