On November 1, 2018, the Central Organization Establishment Committee approved the establishment of the China Academy of Industrial Internet (Central Organization Establishment Committee Reply Document No. [2018] 105). The China Academy of Industrial Internet (abbreviated as CAII) is a public institution directly under the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, with its office located in Building B, Donghu International Center, No. 6 Lizexi Street, Chaoyang District. CAII is a research institution whose main responsibility is to comprehensively promote the innovative development of China's Industrial Internet. Oriented towards advancing the construction of national strategic new infrastructure and coordinating national important strategic resources, it closely focuses on the implementation of CAII's functions and the deployment of the National Industrial Internet Big Data Center. CAII comprehensively conducts research on strategies, planning, policies, and standards; construction of identification resolution, network, platform, and security systems; as well as international and domestic exchanges and cooperation.

The Chongqing Branch of the China Academy of Industrial Internet is co-built by the China Academy of Industrial Internet, Chongqing Municipal Economic and Information Technology Commission, Chongqing Communications Administration, and the People's Government of Beibei District, Chongqing. It is a division-level public institution managed by CAII in terms of personnel, finance, and affairs, located in the Industrial Internet Industrial Ecological Park in Beibei District, Chongqing. With the key focus on building a highland for Industrial Internet research, big data, and industry, it carries out regional research on Industrial Internet strategies, planning, policies, and standards; construction of identification resolution, network, platform, and security systems; construction of the National Industrial Internet Big Data Chongqing Sub-Center; and international and domestic exchanges and cooperation.

The Shandong Branch of the China Academy of Industrial Internet is co-built by the China Academy of Industrial Internet, Qingdao Municipal People's Government, Shandong Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, and Shandong Communications Administration. It is a division-level public institution managed by CAII in terms of personnel, finance, and affairs, located at Zhuzhou Road, Laoshan District, Qingdao, Shandong Province. It carries out regional research on Industrial Internet strategies, planning, policies, and standards; construction of identification resolution, network, platform, and security systems; construction of the National Industrial Internet Big Data Shandong Sub-Center; and international and domestic exchanges and cooperation.

The Jiangsu Branch of the China Academy of Industrial Internet (Jiangsu Industrial Internet Development Research Center) is co-built by the China Academy of Industrial Internet, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Industry and Information Technology, Jiangsu Communications Administration, and Suzhou Municipal People's Government. It is managed by CAII and located in Wujiang District, Suzhou. The Jiangsu Branch carries out regional research on Industrial Internet strategies, planning, policies, and standards; construction of identification resolution, network, platform, and security systems; construction of the National Industrial Internet Big Data Center Jiangsu Sub-Center; and international and domestic exchanges and cooperation.

II. Basic Application Conditions
1. Possess Chinese nationality.
2. Have a firm political stance, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China and the socialist system, and maintain a high degree of consistency with the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping at its core in thought, politics, and action.
3. Support and abide by the Constitution, laws, and regulations of the People's Republic of China.
4. Be physically and mentally healthy, with the physical and mental qualities, professional knowledge, and skills required to perform job duties.
5. Have a postgraduate degree or above and obtain the corresponding degree. Educational background should be graduates of regular colleges and universities included in the national unified enrollment plan or graduates of overseas institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education, with degree certificates corresponding to each stage of education obtained at graduation, meeting the professional requirements of the position.
6. Meet other conditions stipulated by laws, regulations, and other specific requirements of the applied position.

Notes:
Personnel with any of the following circumstances are not allowed to apply: those who have received criminal penalties for crimes; those who have been expelled from the Party; those who have been publicly dismissed from public office; those who have been legally listed as targets of joint disciplinary action for dishonesty; those during the period of punishment or before the expiration of the impact period; those who have been identified as having committed serious disciplinary violations such as fraud in civil service examinations or public institution recruitment at various levels; civil servants still within their probation period; and other circumstances stipulated by laws and regulations where personnel cannot be employed by public institutions. III. Work Process and Time Requirements
Public recruitment is divided into stages: online application, qualification review, examination, investigation, physical examination, and publicity and employment.

(1) Online Application
1. This recruitment receives resumes through the official recruitment platform "工联人才" (Gonglian Talent), Guopin.com, 51job.com, and Liepin.com.

2. The application deadline is as specified in the position information table.
3. Each person may apply for a maximum of two positions.
4. Specific arrangements for written tests, interviews, etc., will be notified by phone, SMS, or email. Applicants who do not pass the qualification review will not be notified separately.

(2) Qualification Review
Conduct qualification review of applicants based on recruitment policies and position conditions. Those with senior professional technical titles or doctoral degrees who pass the qualification review can directly enter the interview. Applicants who do not pass the qualification review will not be notified separately.

(3) Examination
For those who pass the qualification review, our academy will organize examinations, mainly assessing applicants' basic qualities and ability to use relevant theories, knowledge, and methods to analyze and solve practical problems. Specific examination matters will be notified separately.

(4) Investigation and Physical Examination
Based on examination scores, determine personnel for investigation and physical examination at a 1:1 ratio. Based on the investigation and physical examination results, determine the proposed candidates for employment.

(5) Publicity
Proposed employees who pass the investigation and physical examination will be publicized for 7 working days. Those without objections during the publicity period will go through relevant procedures.

(6) Others
If applicants give up the employment or application qualification, or fail the investigation or physical examination, our academy will decide whether to arrange replacements.
