It has been named as a "Contract-Keeping and Credit-Worthiness" unit for fifteen consecutive years by the Guizhou Provincial Administration for Industry and Commerce. It is an enterprise with bank credit rating of AAA and tax credit rating of AA. The predecessor of the company was established in Wuhan in 1952, then moved to Guangdong and Guangxi, and entered Guizhou in 1960. The company was successively named: the Second Company of Central South, Ministry of Construction Industry; the Second Company of Maoming Engineering Bureau, Ministry of Construction Industry; the Sixth Company of Southwest, Ministry of Construction Industry; the Sixth Company of the Fourth Bureau of the National Construction Commission; the Sixth Company of the Fourth Bureau of the National Construction Engineering Bureau; the Sixth Company of the Fourth Bureau of China Construction; in June 1982, it was renamed as the Fifth Construction Engineering Company of the Fourth Engineering Bureau of China Construction, registered with the Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Administration for Industry and Commerce. On December 7, 2007, after enterprise restructuring, the current name was adopted. The company has a registered capital of 100 million yuan and net assets of 120 million yuan. The larger projects include: Guiyang Zhongtian Future Ark (nearly 2 million square meters), Zhongtian Convention and Exhibition City (900,000 square meters), Yunnan Yuxi Yushui Jin'an (1.22 million square meters), Kunming South Asia Gate (529,000 square meters), Guangdong Zengcheng Hopson Lake Hill Phase III (256,600 square meters), and Guiyang Vanke Linglong Bay (281,300 square meters). Among them, the Kailai Grand Hotel in the Yushui Jin'an project in Yuxi is 136 meters high, and after completion, it will be the first five-star hotel in Yuxi urban area and a landmark of Yuxi. The South Asia Gate located in Kunming city, with a height of 338 meters, is also confirmed to be constructed by our company, and will become a landmark building in Yunnan Province after completion. The annual construction output value of road and bridge infrastructure construction exceeds 2 billion yuan. Currently, the largest project under construction is the Yunnan Shisuo Expressway project, which creates the "longest single construction mileage of 107 kilometers" and is the first in Yunnan and China. The Guiyang East Second Ring Road project and the No. 1 Road, No. 6 Road, and the Gaoxin Express Line No. 3 tunnel (single width 1.9 kilometers) in the Zunyi Xinpu New District road project to be started soon are also undertaken by our company. The real estate development industry has shown rapid development trends in the past two years. The two commercial housing projects developed in 2007, Yinhu Xingcheng (400,000 square meters) and Duyun No. 1 (110,000 square meters), are currently selling well. The second phase of the Yinhu Xingcheng project (110,000 square meters) is under construction.
