怀宁海螺公司成立于2002年10月，位于安庆市怀宁县，紧邻206和318国道，距安庆市区25公里，距长江黄金水道线约30公里，厂内铁路专用线与合九铁路相连，水、陆交通十分便利。怀宁海螺公司拥有2条日产4500吨熟料生产线，年产熟料300万吨，同时还配套建设有年产330万吨水泥生产能力的粉磨站。
