Beijing Xianglong Logistics Co., Ltd. was established in September 2003 on the basis of Beijing Large Materials Transport Company, through the reorganization of freight hub operating enterprises, freight forwarding enterprises, road freight transport enterprises and other enterprises previously under the Beijing Municipal Transportation Bureau in accordance with the modern enterprise system, and was registered as a wholly state-owned company. In September 2010, it further reorganized with Beijing Hengwu Logistics Company under the former Beijing Materials General Company to establish Beijing Xianglong Logistics (Group) Co., Ltd. In early 2014, according to the overall work arrangements of Xianglong Company, Xianglong Logistics carried out asset reorganization with the Commercial Storage and Transportation Company under the former Beijing First Commercial Bureau, further strengthening the company's operating strength. The company's registered capital is 599 million yuan, and its main business includes general cargo transport, large-object transport, less-than-carload cargo transport, warehousing services, cargo distribution, circulation processing, steel market, sales of general merchandise, household appliances, household electronic products, daily necessities, and international and domestic air and water transport agency services.
