We are an enterprise established in Beijing in 2002. Since its inception, we have grown into a diversified holding group with business segments including real estate development, financial investment, and culture and arts. Among them, Hongkun Real Estate, the real estate segment, has entered the top 100 real estate companies in China.

"Skill" means being adept; we focus on the rules behind things, cultivate the ability to discover and unearth value hidden behind things, and view things with a forward-looking and long-term perspective. In the twelve years of deeply cultivating the Greater Beijing region and the Hainan region, we have formed four residential product series: "Yushu Series," "Lixiang Series," "Yuanxiang Series," and "Dushi Series," which, together with our property services, can meet people's comprehensive living experience needs such as a sense of private dignity, comfortable achievement, relaxed leisure, and modern fashion. However, we are well aware that a good living experience and a vibrant city cannot be achieved simply by providing people with shelter.

Around the needs of customers' lives and urban development, we have entered the commercial real estate field, developing community commerce "Hongkun • Xinduhui," commercial complex "Hongkun Plaza," industrial park "Hongkun • Gu Series," and commercial office "Hongkun Center," aiming to create richer life content for customers and add vitality to the region and the city through the creation of various commercial product lines.

The financial investment field is another important business segment we have built around customers' wealth needs. In this field, we founded Yirun Investment in 2007, positioning it as a new generation of comprehensive financial service providers in China. In 2014, we successfully invested in China Minsheng Investment Co., Ltd., a state-level private company approved by Premier Li Keqiang, opening a new era for our financial investment business. Now, the increasingly mature Yirun Investment has officially entered communities, sharing the joy of wealth appreciation with our community customers.

In the cultural and artistic field that carries people's spiritual needs, we have Hongkun (Beijing) Culture and Art Co., Ltd., a cultural enterprise integrating art investment, collection, trading, as well as publishing and media. In 2013, we invested in establishing another strategic extension project in the cultural and artistic field - Hongkun Art Museum. Based on cultural enterprises and art museums, we integrate cultural and artistic elements into every detail of product creation and into every aspect of customers' lives, bringing beautiful spiritual experiences to customers.

In the future, we will strive to develop around meeting customer needs. On the existing basis, we will build four major business segments: real estate, finance, culture, and health. Through the integration of resources across these business segments, we will create the best user experience for customers and create richer lifestyles.
