DGT Information Systems (DGT) was established as a joint venture between Digital China (861, HK), General Electric (GE), and Tokyo Information Systems (TIS) in 2003. DGT headquarters are in Beijing, with major subsidiary companies in Shanghai and Japan.



The main business of DGT is IT service and software outsourcing in the aspects of logistics, finance, data warehouse, etc.



DGT is one of the global strategic partners of Microsoft in China and has large development laboratories in line with safety requirements of Microsoft and GE. DGT received CMM3 certification in 2005. In 2007, it was listed in China's Top 25 Software Exporters.




Digital China (China) Co., Ltd., with the mission of "Digitalizing China," was established in 2000 and listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 2001, marking the beginning of a period of rapid development. Today, Digital China employs more than 8,000 employees nationwide, with a business network covering the whole country. It has 3 major regions, 17 platforms, and 11 offices distributed across the eastern, northern, and southern parts of China. For nine consecutive years, it has ranked first in the national IT distribution industry market. With more than 20 years of practice, Digital China (China) Co., Ltd. has become an IT service provider in many important business areas for the Chinese government, finance, telecommunications, manufacturing, and education.
Digital China Universal Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "DGT") was established at the end of 2003, jointly funded in China by Digital China (China) Co., Ltd., General Electric (GE) of the United States, and TIS Corporation of Japan. Its headquarters are in Beijing, with large branch companies in Shanghai and Japan, as well as a sales office in the United States.
The main business of the company is software service outsourcing in various fields such as logistics, finance, and data warehousing. In less than three years, the company has grown to have more than 1,000 employees.
DGT is one of the earliest "global strategic partners" of Microsoft in China and possesses large-scale development laboratories that fully meet the strict security requirements of Microsoft and GE. The company passed the CMM3 quality system certification in 2005 and is currently undergoing development and quality monitoring in accordance with CMM4 requirements. In 2007, it was awarded the title of "China's Top 25 Software Export Enterprises." Due to its strong strength and development potential, the company became the first and only contracted partner of Boeing in China in early 2007. To date, DGT has maintained and developed good cooperative relationships with multinational corporations such as GE, Microsoft, Oracle, and Boeing.
