I. Company Introduction: GAC Hino Motors Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as GAC Hino) is a joint venture established by Guangzhou Automobile Group Co., Ltd. and Hino Motors, Ltd., each holding a 50% stake. Founded on November 28, 2007, with a total investment of 3.1 billion yuan and a registered capital of 1.72 billion yuan, it currently primarily produces Hino-brand heavy-duty trucks and key assemblies such as drive axles. It plans to achieve an annual production scale of 20,000 heavy-duty trucks, and has currently realized a production capacity of 5,000 heavy-duty trucks per year on a single shift. GAC Hino products introduce advanced technology from Hino Motors of Japan and are newly designed and developed for the Chinese market, employing advanced new technologies, new materials, and new processes. This provides a perfect quality guarantee for the advancement and reliability of the heavy-duty truck series, successfully promoting the comprehensive integration of Hino's core technology with the most advanced domestic truck manufacturing technology. The quality is synchronized with Hino Motors Japan, creating top-tier commercial vehicles. On September 21, 2009, GAC Hino's Conghua plant was officially completed and put into operation, with the first 700-series heavy-duty truck successfully rolling off the production line. In November 2010, GAC Hino's National IV tractor trucks successfully passed the exhaust emission and noise type approval certification of the Hong Kong Environmental Protection Department, obtaining qualification for licensing and operation in Hong Kong; the GAC Hino 700-series 6×4 tractor trucks and concrete mixer trucks won the fuel-saving championship in their respective categories at the 3rd China International Truck Fuel Economy Competition; GAC Hino tractor trucks won the title of "Most Trusted Tractor Truck by Chinese Truck Users"; and GAC Hino received numerous honors such as "National Quality Integrity Benchmark Model Enterprise". With product characteristics such as high reliability, high attendance rate, low failure rate, and high cost performance, as well as thoughtful after-sales service, GAC Hino has established a good reputation in the domestic commercial vehicle market and has won the favor of many customers and wide market recognition shortly after the launch of its products.
