岗位职责：
（1）负责部署（机器人流程自动化）程序，通过自动化处理用户一些重复性的工作，提升工作效率。
（2）懂二次开发，能将一个开源软件根据需求进行模块化修改（例：页面新增功能，审批流程等）。
（3）能根据用户需求进行有效沟通，并进行需求分析、技术方案设计。
（4）编写高质量、可维护的代码，完成系统模块设计、接口开发、性能优化及技术文档编写。
（5）有责任心和有一定的学习能力。
岗位需求:
（1）至少2年Python开发经验，扎实的编程基础，熟悉面向对象、数据结构、多线程、异步编程等。
（2）RPA开发经验：熟悉至少一种RPA工具/框架（如UiPath/Automation Anywhere/Python+Selenium/PyAutoGUI），能独立完成自动化流程设计与开发。
（3）Web开发能力：熟练掌握Django/Flask/FastAPI至少一种框架。
（4）熟悉MySQL/PostgreSQL等关系型数据库及MongoDB/Redis等NoSQL数据库。
（5）熟练使用Git、Jira等协作工具，了解Docker/Kubernetes部署及Linux环境。
