3.熟练使用 Systrace、Profiler 等工具，具备 APK 体积优化（资源压缩 / 动态加载）、内存精细化管理实战经验。
4.掌握 NDK/JNI 开发（C++/Python 混编），熟悉 Flutter/Dart 生态，有跨平台项目性能调优经验优先。
5.精通 HTTP/2.0、WebSocket 协议，熟悉 H264/H265/AAC 编解码技术，具备 HLS/RTSP 流实时播放、软硬解码切换实战经验。
6.熟悉 Gradle 脚本编写（自定义插件 / 多渠道打包），掌握 CI/CD 流水线搭建（Jenkins/GitLab CI）。
