职位描述：
1. 负责商品、交易、营销、支付或者履约等领域，某一个领域的技术团队规划、架构升级以及整体方案设计。
2. 负责与业务一起，定位当前核心挑战、判断方向并找到技术做功点，带领团队实现日常需求的价值判断，完成开发设计。
3. 负责技术团队的团队建设，人才培养和升级。
4. 负责技术团队的日常管理等。

岗位要求
1. 有电商技术领域相关经验，有领域建模和复杂系统设计的能力，具备行业无关化抽象以及平台化设计的能力。
2. 7年以上使用JAVA开发的经验，JAVA基础扎实，理解io、多线程、集合等基础框架，对JVM原理有一定的了解。
3. 熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索\推荐等机制；能对分布式常用技术进行合理应用，解决问题。
4. 有2年以上团队管理的经验，对业务有判断力，对技术有掌控力，并具有较强自驱学习和沟通合作的能力。
