岗位职责
1、负责网商支付、收单、结算、收费等关键领域系统分析设计工作，承担核心功能或组件的代码编写；
2、技术预研和技术难点攻关，能够用创新的方式持续提升系统稳定性和高并发处理能力，扫除技术风险；
3、负责领域内系统核心部分代码编写，疑难问题的解决，维护和升级现有软件产品和系统，快速定位并修复现有软件缺陷。能够在项目中确保资深产出代码有效性和正确性，文档产出和操作流程符合基本标准，在团队code review够对他人代码发现问题并提出合理建议。

岗位职责：
1、扎实的java编程基础，精通JavaEE、微服务、消息中间件等相关技术；对各种开源的框架如Spring,消息中间件等有深入的了解；
2、3年以上大规模高并发访问的Web应用系统设计和开发经验，丰富的线上运维经验；
3、思路清晰敏捷，沟通协调能力及决断能力强，工作认真、严谨、敬业，对系统质量有近乎苛刻的要求意识。
4、有创业精神，能在面临较多不确定性和变化的环境中，始终保持工作热情和责任心；
5、具有大型电子商务网站、银行业核心系统或数据计算引擎研发经验背景的优先考虑；
