工作职责
1. 主导公司AI产品（含智能客服、销售、营销、法务等场景）的后端架构设计、接口开发与系统迭代优化。

3. 基于OpenClaw平台完成AI能力集成、模型调度与流程编排，推动AI技术的业务化落地。
4. 运用Claude Code、Cursor、GitHub Copilot等AI编程工具，高效完成代码生成、接口调试、问题排查与项目交付。
5. 保障服务稳定性，开展接口性能优化、日志监控、异常处理及服务部署运维工作。
6. 协同产品、前端及算法团队，推动AI项目从0到1的落地与持续迭代。
任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，1年以上Python后端开发经验。
2. 精通Python语言，熟练掌握FastAPI/Flask/Django任一主流后端框架。
3. 能熟练使用Claude Code、Cursor、GitHub Copilot等AI编程工具，独立完成业务开发、代码优化与问题定位。
4. 具备大模型API对接经验，熟悉GPT、Claude、文心一言、通义千问等模型的调用方式。
5. 了解OpenClaw平台使用、AI流程编排或模型管理者优先。
6. 有AI客服、智能对话、RAG知识库等AI项目落地经验者优先。
7. 熟悉MySQL、Redis、向量数据库及Docker的基本使用，具备良好的接口设计与代码规范意识。
8. 责任心强，沟通协作能力良好，能独立承担模块开发与项目推进任务。
