Changsha Baile Park Scenic Area (also known as: Leifeng Labor and Practice Education Camp - approved by the District Mayor's Office Meeting of Wangcheng District People's Government) is located in Qiaokou Town, Wangcheng District, at the northern end of Leifeng Avenue in Changsha City, and is divided into eight major thematic sections: 'Education Area, Nature Science Popularization Area, Intangible Cultural Heritage Experience Area, Fun Performance Area, Outward Bound Training Area, Technology Interaction Area, Farming and Fishery Area, Accommodation and Catering Area'.
