工作职责：
1、参与应用系统的后端开发，根据产品需求进行功能设计、编码及测试；
2、对现有系统进行优化，提升系统性能和用户体验；
3、配合团队完成项目进度，确保项目质量及进度；
4、能够独立完成业务模块的分析、设计、开发工作；
5、在项目落地过程中进行技术支撑。
任职要求：
1、本科计算机相关专业毕业，3年及以上的JAVA开发经验；
2、具备扎实的Java编程基础，掌握Java多线程、高并发、集群、分布式等技术；
3、熟练Spring Boot开发，熟悉Struts、Spring、MyBatis 框架；
4、熟练Eureka／Consul／Zuul／Spring Cloud Config／Spring Cloud Slueth等常用分布式微服务组件；
5、掌握MySQL／Oracle数据库、Redis缓存、nginx、RabbitMQ／Kafka消息中间件的使用；
6、熟悉分布式系统的设计和应用，熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索＼推荐等机制；
7、熟练使用Eclipse／ldeal等JAVA开发工具，以及版本控制软件的使用，例如git／svn。
