Jishi Bio is an innovative biopharmaceutical company founded in 2016, bringing together a professional pharmaceutical development and management team with an international perspective. Jishi Bio's first commercialized drug, Cemiplimab injection (Yutuo®), is a next-generation fully human anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody developed using the internationally advanced transgenic rat antibody technology platform (OmniRat®). This drug belongs to the fourth-generation, differentiated antibody product, with the first approved indication being relapsed or refractory classical Hodgkin lymphoma, achieving an objective response rate (ORR) as high as 92.86%, demonstrating best-in-class potential among similar products. It has been included in the Chinese Society of Clinical Oncology (CSCO) Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Lymphoma for three consecutive years from 2020 to 2022, and has received Grade I recommendations from experts.

Through out-licensing in 2017, the overseas market for Cemiplimab injection is currently being developed by Gilead/Arcus, with multiple pivotal international clinical trials showing positive data. Ongoing clinical studies are evaluating the safety and efficacy of Cemiplimab across various tumor types, including gastric cancer, bladder cancer, cervical cancer, endometrial cancer, pancreatic cancer, esophageal cancer, head and neck cancer, lung cancer, renal cancer, breast cancer, colorectal cancer, melanoma, ovarian cancer, prostate cancer, anal cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, and liver cancer, among others. The combination therapies under investigation include multiple innovative targets with first-in-class and best-in-class potential, such as CD47, CD73, TIGIT, A2aR, CCR8, LAG3, CD40, CD39, Trop-2 ADC, HSP90a, CAR-T, and Neo-T cell therapies.
