The company is a comprehensive enterprise integrating R&D, production, sales, and service of lithium battery wet-process separators. It has a research institute, a CNAS laboratory, and a provincial-level enterprise technology center, and is a key supported project for emerging industries in Hebei Province.
The company uses ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMWPE) as raw material and adopts the thermally induced phase separation wet process to produce high-performance lithium battery separators. It has six major production bases: Handan, Hebei; Ma'anshan, Anhui; Hefei, Anhui; Baodi, Tianjin; and Yichang, Hubei. Jinli New Energy is committed to becoming an advanced lithium-ion battery material manufacturer and a technology solution provider for battery material application systems.
