岗位职责
1、负责境外金融项目核心后台系统开发与维护，重点参与信贷系统、车贷系统或金融核心系统的架构设计、模块开发及功能迭代，保系统高可用性、高安全性与可扩展性:
2、基于Java技术栈进行核心业务逻辑编码，主导关键技术难点攻关，优化系统性能与响应速度;负责云服务架构落地，熟练运用华为云、AWS等云平台的核心服务(如计算、存储、数据库、中间件等)，设计适配境外部署的高可用方案;
3、结合CLAUDE、GEMINI、SPECKIT等 AI 工具提升开发效率，参与智能风控、自动化流程等创新功能的技术实现;参与需求分析、技术方案评审，与产品、测试及境外业务团队高效协作，确保项目按时交付;遵守境外金融行业合规要求，保障系统数据安全与业务合规性，处理线上问题并持续优化系统稳定性。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，5 年Java 开发经验，能进行技术难点攻关和核心代码开发。计算机相关专业优先；有英文四级；
2、能进行系统架构设计、模块开发和功能迭代；
3、能熟练运用华为云、AWS等云平台的核心服务(如计算、存储、数据库、中间件等)，设计适配境外部署的高可用方案;
4、能结合CLAUDE、GEMINI、SPECKIT等 AI 工具提升开发效率
