Among them, the two plants in Gaoyao cover an area of 230,000 square meters, and the Nantong and Wuhan subsidiaries each cover an area of 100,000 square meters. The total number of employees is over 3,000, including more than 700 technical personnel. The company has imported more than 100 various horizontal cold-chamber die-casting machines ranging from 250 tons to 3,500 tons from Japan, Switzerland, Italy, the United States, and other countries, and more than 500 precision CNC machining centers, with an annual capacity of producing 80,000 tons of various precision aluminum alloy die-casting parts (including 40,000 tons at the Gaoyao company; 20,000 tons at the Nantong subsidiary; and 20,000 tons at the Wuhan subsidiary). Nantong Hongtu was established on January 19, 2011, with a registered capital of RMB 300 million. Wuhan Hongtu was established on December 26, 2013, with a registered capital of RMB 50 million.
Based on the die-casting business as its main business, leveraging its strong product research and development capabilities and quality advantages, the company actively develops, designs, manufactures, processes, and sells aluminum alloy die-casting parts and related accessories for automotive, communication, mechanical and electrical industries. At the same time, the company has import and export operation rights and can engage in the export of self-produced products, technology, raw materials, machinery and equipment, spare parts, and more. It has also established the largest precision die-casting engineering technology research and development center in Guangdong Province, dedicated to the research and development of various complex high-precision aluminum alloy and magnesium alloy die-casting parts, as well as integrated die-casting information processing systems. It also has the capability of die-casting mold design and manufacturing and precision processing of products, providing customers with high-quality products and services.
