Yuekang Pharmaceutical Group, established in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area in 2001, is a pharmaceutical group enterprise integrating new drug research and development, drug production, and distribution and sales. Yuekang has established the Group Drug Research Institute, and built the National and Local Joint Engineering Laboratory for Cephalosporin Drug Crystal Form Research, Beijing Engineering Research Center for Cardiovascular and Cerebrovascular Diseases, and a technology development platform for pellet sustained and controlled release formulations, establishing the Yuekang Group Academician Expert Workstation and Postdoctoral Research Workstation. In 2015 and 2016, it won the second prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award for two consecutive years.

Among them, Ginkgo Biloba Extract Injection is a unique phytochemical preparation of ginkgo biloba extract nationwide; Metformin Hydrochloride Sustained-Release Tablets are products passing both process improvement and generic drug consistency evaluation; the production and sales of cephalosporin powder injections and digestive pellet sustained and controlled release formulations have ranked among the forefront of the national market for many consecutive years.
