Changzhou Agie Charmilles Machine Tools Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign-owned CNC machine tool R&D and manufacturing base invested by the Georg Fischer Group (Georg Fischer AG) of Switzerland in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province in 2007.

As a subsidiary of GF Machining Solutions, the company is based in China, serving the global market. Leveraging the technology platform of Mikron Machining Manufacturing Company under the GF Machining Solutions group, it develops and manufactures high-speed and high-power precision milling centers and multi-axis high-speed precision milling centers. Its products are sold through the global sales network of GF Agie Charmilles in Switzerland.
