Vanke Enterprise Co., Ltd. was founded in Shenzhen, China in 1984, entered the real estate industry in 1988, and became the second listed company on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 1991. After thirty years of development, it has become the largest residential development enterprise in China, with business currently covering the Pearl River Delta, Yangtze River Delta, and Bohai Rim three major urban economic circles, as well as the central and western regions, totaling 61 large and medium-sized cities. In 2014, Vanke achieved cumulative sales of over 200 billion yuan, setting a new industry record.

Fuzhou Vanke Real Estate Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Vanke Group, registered with the Fuzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce on December 24, 2007, with a registered capital of RMB 20 million. It currently covers the cities of Fuzhou and Putian. It has successively developed 8 projects including "Jinyu Rongjun", "Jinyu Huafu", "Vanke Plaza", "Jinyu Zhongyang", "Fuzhou Vanke City", "Putian Vanke City", "Vanke Youyi Cheng", and "Sanjiangkou", with sales exceeding 5 billion yuan in 2014.
