该厂采用CP自动控温的步进式燃油炉淬火加热，自动成型淬火机淬火。CP自动控温的连续式中温电炉回火，高强度喷丸机强化喷丸等先进工艺和先进设备。理化、金相、刚性、疲劳寿命等检测手段齐全。严格按ISO9000质量体系要求实施质量控制。具有年生产各类载重汽车钢板弹簧25000吨的能力，产品经中国汽车质量东风监督检验所钢板弹簧检测中心检验符合QCn29035-91技术条件，达到并超过QC/T29103-92规定的合格等极标准。主要为东风客车底盘公司、东风随州专汽公司、湖北三环十通汽车公司、东风襄樊专用汽车厂、福建新龙马汽车公司等国内知名汽车厂选定为主要配套商。
