Fujian Huaya Group is a large-scale private industrial group enterprise engaged in cross-regional, cross-industry, diversified, and composite operations, with investments in steel, textiles, real estate, ports, logistics, and other industries. Huaya Steel Industry: Currently, it holds, invests in, participates in, and manages steel companies including Shanxi Xiangfen New Jinshan Special Steel, Henan Xinxiang Xingang Metallurgy, Fujian Xinhai Metallurgy, and Fujian Sanjin Steel, with a total annual production capacity of over 5 million tons of iron, steel, and rolled products. The main products of New Jinshan Special Steel have obtained the *"Hot-rolled Ribbed Steel Bars for Concrete" license, provincial famous brand product, *Grade IV steel production license, and have been awarded the title of "National Inspection-Free Product," which is well received by the market.

Huaya Textile Industry: Huaya Textile has been established in Changle, Fujian, with a production scale of 300,000 spindles, making it a backbone enterprise in the local textile industry. Its leading product, "Carded blended colored yarn of polyester and cotton," has been awarded the title of "National Inspection-Free Product," and the company is still investing in expansion. In June 2010, it signed a contract with the Haixi Park of Fuzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone to invest in the construction of a 100-meter-high high-rise textile new technology R&D building, which is currently under approval and construction procedures.

Huaya Real Estate Industry: It is investing in and developing high-end tourism real estate projects in Wanning City, Hainan; and is investing in the construction of a building complex of two 100-meter-high high-rise buildings in Chengdu, Sichuan.

Huaya Logistics Industry: It consists of "one port and two parks." The "one port" is the Fujian Xinhai Metallurgy Wharf currently under construction, comprising berths 16, 17, 18, and 19# at Songxia Port Area of Fuzhou Port in Changle City, with a total throughput capacity of 10 million tons upon completion. The "two parks" include the Western China (Chengdu) Modern International Commercial and Logistics Park, which will have an annual throughput of 10 million tons after completion, and the Henan Huaya Logistics Park, which will have an annual throughput of 2 million tons after completion.
