Huafu Securities, formerly known as Fujian Huafu Securities Company, was established in August 1988 and is one of the first securities companies established nationwide. In April 2003, with the approval of the China Securities Regulatory Commission, the company increased its capital, underwent restructuring, and changed its name to Guangfa Huafu Securities Co., Ltd. In July 2011, it was renamed Huafu Securities Co., Ltd., becoming a state-owned financial institution under Fujian Province. The company's legal representative is Huang Deliang, with a registered capital of 4,491,215,168 yuan, and its registered address is Floors 3, 4, and 5, Building 1, No. 27 Guping Road, Gulou District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province.

The company adheres to both innovative development and compliant operation, building a business system that covers investment banking, wealth management, credit business, investment management, asset management, asset custody, research services, public fund management, private fund management, alternative investment, and overseas business. The company's business scope includes: licensed projects: securities business; sales services for securities investment funds; custody of securities investment funds (projects subject to legal approval must be carried out after approval by relevant departments; specific business projects are subject to the approval documents or licenses of relevant departments); general projects: securities companies providing intermediary services for futures companies (except for projects subject to legal approval; business activities are carried out independently with a business license in accordance with the law).

The company has established a nationwide network of business outlets. As of now, it has 50 branches and 137 securities business departments nationwide, and wholly owns four subsidiaries: Huafu Capital Management Co., Ltd., Huafu Growth Investment Co., Ltd., Huafu International (Hong Kong) Financial Holdings Co., Ltd., and Huafu Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd., and holds a controlling stake in Xinyin Fund Management Co., Ltd. Its investment banking business has grown from scratch, using bonds and asset-backed securities as breakthroughs, achieving rapid development and creating national precedents such as the first green venture capital bond, the first public offering of innovative and entrepreneurial bonds on the Shanghai Stock Exchange, and the first real estate leasing asset-backed securitization project, establishing a professional and reputable investment banking brand in the industry. Subsidiaries are increasingly leveraging their license functions and professional advantages in public fund management, private asset management, and alternative investment, comprehensively enhancing the group's integrated financial service capabilities.
