Founded in 1979, the Civil Engineering Architectural Design and Research Institute of Fuzhou University in Fujian Province is a nationally renowned super-large Grade A design institute managed under a group structure. It currently employs over 200 staff, including 10 first-class registered architects, 15 first-class registered structural engineers, 5 first-class registered equipment engineers, over 30 senior engineers, and more than 100 engineers with intermediate titles. The institute holds multiple design qualifications issued by the Ministry of Construction, including Grade A in architecture, Grade B in planning, Grade B in municipal engineering, as well as qualifications in bridges, highways, geotechnical engineering, geology, landscape architecture, environmental pollution prevention, civil air defense, and cultural relic protection, along with engineering consulting certificates issued by the State Planning Commission. It is one of the design institutes in China with the broadest coverage of design qualifications. Since its establishment over two years ago, the Fifth Architectural Institute has closely cooperated with CCDI (formerly China State Construction International), establishing a CCDI Fuzhou office. Following the successful bid for the Fuzhou Xiajing New City project at Plot 14 of the Strait Olympic Sports Center (with a construction area of 760,000 square meters, located on Fuzhou Jianxin Road), it has successively undertaken projects including the comprehensive development planning and consulting for the Xiamen Rail Transit Line 1 (the largest consulting project in CCDI's history), the design of the Strait Olympic Athletes' Village and complex (400,000 square meters), Fuzhou Junior Sports School, Fuzhou Jin'an Gymnasium, planning and schematic design of the Haixi Enterprise Port at Changle East Lake Property (1,000 mu), the second-phase planning and design of Rongqiao Group's Fuqing Hongkuan Industrial Village (20 square kilometers), schematic design of Rongxin Group's Beijing Yizhuang complex (300,000 square meters), the Fuzhou Pingtan Affiliated High School project of the Shimao Group (100,000 square meters), Guangxi Central City by Zhongxu Group (300,000 square meters), Tianyue project (120,000 square meters), Qingdao Weiye Wendeng project (170,000 square meters), Jiangxi Huichang complex by Kangju Group (300,000 square meters), planning for an 800-mu complex in Luanping County, Hebei, and numerous complex design and technical consulting projects in surrounding counties of Fuzhou. The Fifth Architectural Institute currently has a staff of over 30, including more than 20 architects, and is steadily growing. We welcome talented individuals to join us.
