Originally a subordinate enterprise of the Shenzhen Municipal Bureau of Statistics, it is a modern printing enterprise of considerable scale with fixed assets of RMB 1.3 billion and an annual output value of RMB 250 million. It is a designated printing enterprise of the Shenzhen Municipal Government. The company is located at No. 128, Guanguang Road, Guanlan Town, Bao'an District, Shenzhen, with an office and production area of 30,000 square meters and more than 1,000 employees, including over 100 senior and intermediate professional technicians. Its management personnel and technical backbone staff all have ten years of experience in the industry.
In 2000, the company successfully passed ISO9001 certification and completed the upgrade to ISO9001:2000 in 2002.
