Guangzhou Electronic Port Management Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned enterprise jointly funded by the subordinate units of the General Administration of Customs and the Guangzhou Municipal Government, in accordance with the spirit of the "Memorandum of Cooperation on the Construction of Guangzhou Electronic Port" signed between the General Administration of Customs and the Guangzhou Municipal Government, operating under the model of "government-led, enterprise-operated." It was registered and established on February 8, 2005, with a current registered capital of 10 million RMB.

The company, as the operating entity of Guangzhou Electronic Port, fully undertakes all aspects of the construction of Guangzhou Electronic Port, including project development, application promotion, operation and maintenance, and customer service. It is the construction unit of the China (Guangzhou) International Trade Single Window platform, and also the construction and operation unit of the Guangzhou Cross-border E-commerce Public Service Platform and the Guangzhou Market Procurement Trade Networked Information Platform.

The company will focus on the strategic goal and development vision of building Guangzhou as an international shipping hub, based on the construction of the Guangzhou International Trade "Single Window," aiming to optimize customs clearance business processes, improve declaration efficiency, shorten clearance time, reduce enterprise costs, and promote trade facilitation. It will actively develop related logistics e-commerce and value-added projects. On the basis of providing government services through the "Single Window" platform, the company will take the market as the guide and enterprise needs as the goal, fully utilize the massive data resources accumulated by the "Single Window" platform, interface with related industries such as finance, insurance, and e-commerce, and, under the premise of complying with relevant regulations, comprehensively utilize platform resources to develop social value-added services. It will gradually improve comprehensive services for shipping logistics information, transactions, brokerage, finance, insurance, and payment settlement, leverage the advantages of "Single Window" information resources and user resources, promote the aggregation of shipping elements, and assist in the construction of Guangzhou as an international shipping hub.
