China Baoan Group Co., Ltd. was established in July 1983 and was among the earliest listed companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (stock code: 000009, stock abbreviation: China Baoan). In the capital market, it has set nine "firsts" of New China, including being the first joint-stock enterprise established in New China, issuing New China's first stock, first convertible bond, and first medium- and long-term warrant.
As one of the key large enterprise groups developed in Guangdong Province and Shenzhen City, after more than 40 years of development, China Baoan Group has achieved remarkable results in both industrial and capital operations. At present, the high-tech industry has become the engine of rapid development for China Baoan Group, forming an industrial cluster led by the high-tech industry and supplemented by pharmaceutical health, urban operation and development, and equity investment. China Baoan Group has been ranked among the top 100 of "China's 500 Most Valuable Brands" for many consecutive years, with a brand value of 59.152 billion yuan; in the China Brand Satisfaction 100 event, "China Baoan" and "Mayinglong" were rated as "China Satisfied Brands."
