Leveraging its profound understanding of watch culture, rich marketing experience, and a professional operations team, it has established an omni-channel marketing network system including Shimei Watch Boutiques, brand monobrand stores, Shimei Outlets, Shimei.com, third-party cooperation platforms, and maintenance and service center outlets, becoming a vital link between the watch consumer market and manufacturers. At the same time, through positive interaction with end consumers, Shimei Group has developed a comprehensive customer service system and database, which not only facilitates precision marketing and personalized services for consumers but also provides accurate market feedback to upstream manufacturers, guiding them to develop and produce watches that meet market demand. Consequently, the Group enjoys a good reputation among watch consumers and has formed long-term, stable cooperation with upstream suppliers, including internationally renowned watch manufacturers such as Swatch Group, LVMH Group, Richemont Group, Rolex Group, and Kering Group.
By the end of 2020, the Group retailed over 50 imported watch brands, including globally famous names like Rolex, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Vacheron Constantin, Breguet, Blancpain, Cartier, IWC, Omega, and Longines. Additionally, Shimei Group holds exclusive distribution rights for popular brands in the Chinese market such as Tissot, Mido, CK, Hamilton, Certina, and GUCCI. Its own retail channel accounts for over one-third of Swatch Group's total sales in China and continues to grow.
We operate 6 major regions across China, with 38 sub-districts for meticulous management, running over 390 retail stores in more than 130 cities, 170+ Shengshi Watch Maintenance Service Centers and stations, and holding official maintenance authorization for 40+ renowned watch brands.
