Guangzhou Saibao Certification Center Service Co., Ltd.: The predecessor of Saibao Certification Center was the Review Department of the "China Electronic Product Reliability and Environmental Testing Research Institute" established in 1956. This research institute is now the Fifth Electronics Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and is the first scientific research institution in China specializing in product quality and reliability research. Saibao Certification Center is a wholly-owned subsidiary of this institute and serves as a direct technical support organization of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology; it is an authoritative institution approved by the Certification and Accreditation Administration of China (CNCA) to specialize in third-party certification and training services. It has also been recognized by the Executive Board of the UNFCCC CDM, conducting CDM validation and verification.
Since introducing the concept of "certification" to China in 1979, Saibao Certification Center has issued tens of thousands of certificates to thousands of enterprises at home and abroad.
