Guangzhou CEPREI Metrology and Testing Center Service Co., Ltd. is a wholly state-owned subsidiary of the Fifth Electronics Research Institute of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (also known as Electronic No. 5 Institute). Since 1956, it has been engaged in metrology and testing technology research and professional services. It is a nationally recognized and authorized authoritative third-party technical service institution, one of the first laboratories in China to pass national metrology certification, and the first laboratory to go abroad for calibration.
