Xin Rong Ji

Xin Rong Ji was founded on October 1, 1995, when the first Xin Rong Ji small restaurant was established in Linhai, Taizhou, Zhejiang Province. Over more than two decades of dedication, Xin Rong Ji has become a multi-brand catering group, with its brands operating over 30 branches in Zhejiang, Shanghai, Beijing, Shenzhen, Hong Kong, and other regions, and has established cooperative relationships with international five-star hotel brands such as InterContinental Hotels, Park Hyatt, Andaz, and The Ritz-Carlton. Over the years, Xin Rong Ji has adhered to the culinary philosophy of "Seek truth in food, then achieve perfection," strictly controlling the source of ingredients. The group owns its own fishing vessels, seafood procurement bases, and fruit and vegetable bases, and has established long-term deep cooperation with high-quality ingredient suppliers nationwide. The future development of Xin Rong Ji will be rooted in talent education and cultivation. In addition to establishing its own Xin Rong Ji culinary school, it has also cooperated with several professional colleges to offer "Xin Rong Ji Classes," regarding talent as the primary productive force. Xin Rong Ji, with the three true fires of "sincerity, genuine ingredients, and genuine flavor," achieves the true essence of premium ingredients.
